DESIGN OPPORTUNITIES

A 30-minute phone conversation to introduce ourselves, and discuss your project and design needs. An overview of each Design Opportunity will be discussed in detail.

This is the best way to start your design project.  We will dedicate two hours to walk and talk through the details of your space.  We will listen to your wishes and needs, as well as discuss your lifestyles and habits. Ideas and solutions will be discussed. At the end of your consultation, a clear direction and understanding of the next steps will be determined.

A  personalized portfolio is created for your project. Floor plans,  measurements, furnishing suggestions, and any other services of your choice are organized in a digital presentation, room by room.   Use this as a professional reference guide throughout the duration of your project.

This is perfect for larger, or ongoing projects. If there is a punch-list, we will punch it together.  Purchase DesignTime Blocks in increments of 10-hours.  Professional guidance and recommendations will ease the process of your design project. Project Management with trades, deliveries, and installation can be included.
